Returns & Exchanges

At Promodesty, your satisfaction is our highest priority. While we hope you adore every piece in your curated wardrobe, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.

Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery

Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging

Exclusions: For reasons of hygiene and exclusivity, intimates, swimwear, and sale items are not eligible for return

Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damage or defect

FAQs

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes—if requested within 12 hours. After processing begins, changes may not be possible.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some items may ship from different warehouses to reduce delays. Each shipment includes its tracking.

Is express shipping available?
Where eligible, express options will appear at checkout.

What if my item is delayed or missing?
Please reach out immediately. We’ll investigate with our delivery partners and make it right.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
At this time, we do not offer delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
